1.僅提供中文導遊服務。
2.報名費=團費＋綜合服務費，綜合服務費在任何情況下都必須足額支付，否則我司有權終止提供服務。個別線路如當地有推薦活動，強烈建議客人參加，費用自理。
3.提早日期抵達或延住客人，恕不安排免費接送；
4.旅遊前或是旅途中，因私人需求，航班晚點/取消，戰爭/潛在的戰爭威脅，暴亂，內亂，恐怖主義活動/實際的恐怖主義活動的威脅，自然災害，惡劣的天氣環境等不可抗力或不可歸責於旅行社之事由，導致無法依預定之旅程、交通、食宿或遊覽項目等履行時，為維護旅遊團體之安全利益，旅行社保留調整、變更行程之權利，團員不得異議。且若由此產生除團費外的額外費用，敬請旅客自行承擔。
5.團體安排之房型無法指定連通房，同行親友若指定在同樓層或鄰近房間，我司將向飯店提出旅客的需求，但無法保證飯店一定提供，敬請見諒。
6.為了豐富當地文化及特色介紹，當地陪同往往都會隨團介紹當地特色拌手禮，以方便部分旅客采購手信的需求，不屬於購物安排，如無需要的旅客絕不強迫。
7.行程內列車開車及抵達時間以鐵道部部令為準。

⦁參團期間請客人攜帶有效證件：比如美國/加拿大護照或綠卡（原件）
⦁自行入住的客人，請在出發前24小時與我們的同事再次聯係，第一晚入住酒店的地址。
⦁70歲以上客人建議有家人陪同參團，且強烈建議每位客人購買必要的醫療及意外等旅遊保險；
⦁如遇航班延誤或取消等原因造成的延誤或更改參團，請盡快聯係報名旅行社或當地緊急聯係人，以便及時趕上團隊，所產生的機票損失及交通費用，敬請旅客自行承擔。
⦁海拔3000米以上的高原地區的旅行團，高齡或患有高血壓、心、肺疾病的客人請自行決定自願參團，客人一經報名，我社將默認為該客人及其家屬知曉相關風險，如客人在旅遊途中有發生任何健康狀況的問題，客人及家屬需自行承擔所有費用及責任。

2.旅客報名後不得以任何理由(如疾病、意外受傷、個人原因等)退團或退款。為避免旅客因各種原因無法參團所帶來的損失，強烈建議客人購買旅遊保險（如醫療、疾病、意外或中途取消等），如客人自行購買旅遊保險請簽署同意書。 Touris NON-refundable and NON-changeable after payment occurred. In order to avoiding any economic loss of passengers cannot join the tour, we advise passenger to purchase Travel Insurance (Emergency Hospital/Medical and Trip Cancellation/Interruption). A Signed Waiver is required if passenger decides not to purchase at the time of booking.
3.團費價格以兩人一房基準計算，如遇其中一方取消，沒有或中斷參團，另一方須補付單人房差價。 Passenger should pay the single room supplement if the companion cancels or no show or interrupts the tour.
4.旅客須於團隊出發日期前90天付清全款，逾期團位自動取消，訂金恕不退還。 Passenger MUST pay in full 90 days before tour departure date, or the reservation will be cancelled automatically and deposit will NOT be refunded.
5.旅客未在指定地點指定時間參加旅行團均被視為自動放棄整個行程。團隊出發後，任何提前購買的門票費用，項目費用，餐費等恕不退還。 Passenger who does NOT attend the tour at the designated time and place is deemed to be giving up the entire tour. After the tour starts, any advanced purchased of the ticket costs, program fees, meals, etc. will NOT be refunded.
6.旅客須自行承擔隨身財物的保管責任，如在參團期間遭遇失竊而引致金錢及物品的損失，本公司、隨團司機及導遊均不負有任何責任。 Passenger is responsible to keep and protect his personal property and personal belongings. Tianbao Travel, drivers and tour guides take no responsibility on it.
7.如遇不可預見或無法避免的情況或事件發生（如航班晚點/取消，自然災害，惡劣天氣環境等等），本公司保留更改或取消行程之權利，團友不得異議。 In case of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances or events occurred (such as flights delays/cancellations, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, etc.), Tianbao Travel reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary.
8.我們在此提醒您可能需要辦理目的地國家之簽證，如無有效簽證，您或會被拒絕登機，請自行負責。 Please ensure you have valid passport and VISA to the destination, passenger is responsible for all travel documents validity.
9.請於報名時自行檢查所有報名信息均符合參團要求，並於參團時攜帶有效護照及證件原件。如因所提供的信息，包括抵離日期、航班時間、地點、參團人員身份及旅行證件等錯誤或不符合參團要求，所引起的相關責任及經濟損失，請恕本公司無法負責。 Please ensure all the registration information is correct and meets the tour requirement. Besides passenger should bring the valid passport and original documents when joining the tour. Tianbao Travel couldn't suffer any loss if the information provided do NOT correct, such as date, flight, city, travel document or identity of participants.
10.所有旅行團、機票旅行團套餐的價格以購買日為準，價格變動恕不另行通知且更改。 Prices or information could be different on your next visit or session. Tianbao Travel does NOT accept any price adjustment after payment occurred.
11.遊客一經報名，即視為已充分了解並確定自己的身體健康狀況適合參加本次旅遊團。因個人既有病史和身體殘障在旅遊行程中引起的疾病進一步發作和傷亡，旅行社不承擔任何責任。①報名時旅遊者應確保身體健康，保證自身條件能夠完成旅遊活動，身體健康狀況不佳者，請諮詢醫生是否可以參加本次旅遊活動，根據自身情況備好常用藥和急救藥品，因自身疾病而引起的後果，遊客自行承擔責任；如因此影響到正常走團秩序，旅行社有權終止其繼續參團資格且所繳費用恕無法退回，強烈建議遊客購買必要之旅遊保險；②遊客出現急症請主動通知工作人員，旅行社將協助遊客就近送往當地醫療機構檢查治療，費用由遊客自理；③有聽力、視力障礙、個人有精神疾病或無行為控製能力的遊客不建議參團；④有心、肺、腦和血液係統疾病患者以及其它不適合長途疲勞的人群以及75歲以上老人及孕婦，應在諮詢醫生意見後自行決定是否參加旅行團。為了你的安全請勿隱瞞病情，感謝您的配合！ All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take our adequate insurance coverage to protect yourselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during the travel. Please advise the agent staff or tour guide once the passengers get acute symptoms. We will provide help and send the passengers to the local hospital. All the medical and hospital cost will be charge by the passenger. We received the rights to keep all the tour package fee and deposit and suggest the passengers go to the hospital when the passengers get sick and the symptom may affect the other travelers. We don't recommend the passengers who has visual or hearing impairment, Serious mental or physical illness, or the passengers with heart, lung, brain and blood disorders which might affect the health through long-distance travel, or the passengers who is more than 75 years old, or who is being pregnant. Please advise doctors before purchase the tour product. Passengers have fully understand and accept the terms and conditions once you purchase the tour. Our travel agent will not be responsible for any illness which is caused through passengers’ own disabilities or health condition.
12.若旅遊產品包含特價團體機票，具體航班信息需以旅行團出發前一周郵件通知為準，旅客不得異議或以此為由申請退團/取消。所有聯程機票務必連貫性使用，若任何一行段取消/NO SHOW，則後續所有航段將被自動作廢。行程全程使用“團體經濟艙”機票，不適用於出發前預先選位，也無法事先確認座位相關需求（如靠窗、靠走道等），且機上座位是航空公司依照乘客英文姓名之字母順序做統一安排，因此同行者有可能無法安排在一起。 If the travel package contains special group airfare, the accurate flight information is subject to the e-mail notification one week prior to departure of the tour. Passengers cannot object or apply for cancellation on this basis. All joint ticket must be used consistently. If any flight segment is cancelled /NO SHOW, all subsequent flight segments will be automatically invalidated. The "Group Economy Class" ticket is used throughout the itinerary. It is not applicable to seat pre-selection, nor special needs (such as by the window, by the aisle, etc.), and the seat is the airline`s unified arrangement according to the alphabetical order of the passenger`s English name, so peers may not be able to arrange together.
13.旅客的接送機航班信息，須不遲於團隊出發前兩周以書麵形式通知我方，否則我方無法保證安排，由此產生的交通費用，敬請旅客自理。The passenger's pick-up/drop-off flight information must be notified to us in writing no later than two weeks before the tour departure date, otherwise we cannot guarantee the arrangement. The passengers are responsible for the transportation expenses incurred.
14.安心包使用規則：訂購後價格不再更改除非購買亞洲旅遊安心包。No price changes are permitted after the reservation has been made. Except purchase worry-free insurance.
  A.安心包可在預訂後48小時之內購買: 訂購安心包後，團體出發30天前及以上可享受一次團費降價差價退還（Price Match）。Worry-Free insurance can be purchased within 48 hours from reservation. Free 1 time price match by purchasing the worry-free insurance.
15.恕無法與其他優惠政策共同使用，如遇老年優惠等請恕無法退還門票差額。It cannot be used in conjunction with other preferential policies, such as old age concessions, the ticket price difference would NOT be refunded.
